Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day to all you Mother's out there! We had a good Mother's Day-it was Annie's first day in the nursery. We took her there after sacrament, she ran right to the toys. We stood there thinking she would come back or something-but no! She was as happy as could be. When I went to get her once church was over she was playing with some kids, saw me and ran to me. So that made me feel good. After church we went to my parents where we had dinner with them, Meme and also Cori. It was a beautiful spring day, but a storm rolled in after dinner and it got pretty windy. Another cool thing is that we got to talk to my little brother Tim, who is on his mission in Albuquerque New Mexico. He will be coming home November 12th-so we started a countdown on the blog here. Yet another cheesy grin from Annie. This time a bit dirty.
All the ladies!

Well Happy Mothers Day to you too!! So glad you were able to talk to Tim..how great that you live close enough to your parents to be involved with that call!

Sounds like your trip was a hit! You sure were able to pack a lot in to your vacation :) I am now wondering where the "in honor of Eliza Marie Richards" thing is and what you did to get it :)

The "in honor of Eliza Marie Richards" thing is in Tiger River at the zoo. When the exhibit was being created my Grandparents who are members of the Benefactor's circle donated money in my name, hence the plaque.
